At Bee Honest, we take pride in the purity of our honey. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

1. Damage & Leakage Claims

In the rare event that your honey jar arrives damaged or leaking, we will provide a replacement or refund. However, the following conditions must be met:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, uncut video of the unboxing process is required from start to finish.
  • No Edits: The video must not contain any cuts, eclipses, or editing.
  • Timeframe: Proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Natural Variations (No Refund)

Bee Honest honey is a raw, natural product. Because it is sourced from diverse forests, variations are expected.

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following natural characteristics:

  • Crystallization: This is a sign of raw honey purity and not a defect.
  • Physical Traits: Subjective differences in color, thickness (viscosity), or taste between batches.
